I purchased this book many years ago when I was going through a very bad time in my life. I was in an abusive relationship that was ruining my life and in fact, threatened to end my life. I tried everything to end the relationship and get out. It wasn't until I read this book that I understood why I could not break free. After reading it, I ended the relationship with very little difficulty. A very important book that not only pertains to death or divorce, but the end of any relationship, for any reason.
