There is nothing more frustrating for a boss than when one of the team isn't pulling his or her weight or playing nicely with the rest of the team.  If the team isn't functioning well together, and the boss perceives that you might be the root cause of the problem, the boss's radar will automatically perk up.  Whats this means is that you have to make a concerted effort to get along with your colleagues.  Yes, sometimes you find yourself sitting next to the colleague from Hell, who may be exceedingly difficult to get along with.  But the bottom line is that you don't want your manager to believe that you are the problem.
