Hello, I am the author of the book 'rage'. I would like people to buy this book as I believe it is a book which is 'user- friendly'. It encourages people to look at themselves in a constructive way and to look at different types of rage which may not be thought of as rage - e.g. weight, jealousy, racism, grief, loss etc. There is also children's rage, adolescent rage, parental rage, couple rage and more. There are exercises at the end of each chapter which ask you some questions and where you might like to go from here. There is a list of agencies throughout Australia where people can seek help for all sorts of issues including family, self, substance abuse, relationship problems, children etc.
This is a book which can help you and other people you know. It has case studies and you may say 'I know someone like that'. It also addresses the issue of what is 'healthy' anger and what is anger which is not healthy and which can have a harmful effect on others.
I do hope that it might bring you some ease in your life if you are living with a person who has rage or you work with someone who has rage - rage can be harmful if it is explosive - you can do something about it and that is what I have addressed. It is a difficult subject for people to acknowledge. Please buy the book and you may feel better and different or it might encourage you to do something about problems you or someone else may be experiencing.
Good luck you may be on your way!
